new qb or offensive coordinator ???

what do you think ?

QB

how many times have i seen maas underthrow an open reciever or overthrow them?...if he just throws accuratly, the games have different outcomes.

next game, try COUNTING how many times maas throws a ball 3 yards short and in the dirt to an open guy....its ALOT.

OC!!

OC - the play calling lacks originality. Where is the mis direction? where are is the imagination?

OC...Paopao is a joke.....3 yrd passes on 2nd and long all night, all season ....gawd.....I picked the wrong year to pick up season tickets...

OC.

Then if things don't change...I'll open door #2.

Agree with the above poster. Our play calling on second and long was beyond brutal.

How about both?

Maas doesnt call the plays he just runs what he is told to run .

Thats another problem.

OC definitly, he has to make up plays that require mass to throw the ball over 10 yards, not 5 yard passes.

They also have to throw the ball on second and one .We always run the ball , why not take a shot deep ???

maas has heart and is a quality qb.
o/c is horrible offensive scehmes are predictable. team is disorganizd,

mass has 5 options almost every play! Throwing a 7 yard curl to your primary receiver when you need 9 is a joke. Mass and paopao cannot read defenses! therefore maybe both.

Well let's see Maas has proven he can win. Paopao not so much. Paopao will be let go the minute the new coach is hired. Paopao should put his house up for sale ASAP.

re-They also have to throw the ball on second and one .We always run the ball , why not take a shot deep ??? YA why not??? Ottawa teams where crap, and they FOLDED,

The OC. Have you noticed that we never seem to hit a receiver on the move. All our patterns have four or five guys running to a spot and standing still. What good is a speedy receiver then?
Sometimes balls are not that accurate when a defensive player is in your face.
Lets throw some quick passes to guys with wheels.

Maas was throwing the ball forty yards, only along the line of scrimage for three yard gains.

Why are we throwing three yard passes when the first down stick is fifteen yards down field?

I agree, flick has 4.2 speed, cant we hit him on the fly?

Ottawa folded because they had the idiot ownership, that thankfully we don't.

We have a bad offensive scheme, and recievers that bent back before the required yards.

Lots of dropped balls thus far in the season, lots of plays where with a bit more effort, the catch was makeable.

Absence of gameplanning and continuation so our running game couldbe effective, absolute failure of second half adjustments.

These aren't player faults, where the OC is sending in the plays.

The OC is flawed, and if the HC doesn't move to fix this, so is he.

Admittedly, replacing the OC is a tough call in mnid season, as I cannot nominate a single person for the position that would make anyone happy, but thats the challenge the Club is faced with.

Sorry, but it becomes obvious to me that we got some injured goods in MAAS. That is why Edmonton gave him up. I wonder if the Drs. even gave MAAS a physical, because I don't think he an throw more than 30 yards with any zip.
As far as the O/C - see where Ottawa is now.
'nough said - like in my previous posts, this Team is VERY far from competing....

This will be the 1st year in a long time I will not go to the Labour Day game. I figure if it is another stinker, I can always shut off the T.V.
