New football field background theme in Dark and Light

added a new football field background theme. it's a dark-screen version at the moment, but i will setup a light version later today. you can access it via the hamburger drop-down menu at top right corner or via your interface settings under your user preferences. replaces the grey theme. works in mobile too but looks best on the wider screen of tablet or desktop.

update: added a light version of this called Football Light and renamed the other one Football Dark. they both work in desktop and mobile view. also renamed the regular dark and light to avoid confusion. you will need to click/tap forums.cfl.ca to refresh the interface and enable the settings properly.
