My bet is that itās dead and gone. I would think that his short YouTube venture has now served its purpose and got him a new gig with Ticats Audio Network. Iām also thinking thereās a good chance that a condition of working for Ticats Audio Network is that he does not push out his own content in a competing space, but I might be guessing wrong there. I would think it would be a really bad look if Rick made comments like āas I said on my YouTube recording last weekā¦ā

He announced today that his YouTube channel will " wind down" with 3 more episodes of Seasons and Legends and then itās over. The 5th quarter post game show will now be part of the Ticat Audio Network.

I think this is great news. Heās a good play-by-play voice although I liked RJ Broadhead, too. Glad to see The Fifth Quarter is being brought into the TAN fold. Itās a win-win.

A year ago , I would have said āno wayā as I didnāt like his āPay me to Stopā podcast, but his game day show with Courtney Stephen was really good last year and his football knowledge was impressive.
Iām sure heāll tone down the yelling and laughing for broadcast. ( I hope so anyways)

My bet is he will try to talk slower and be a bit more broadcast ready. I wouldnāt be suprised if heās taking broadcast lessons, or something like it, right now.
I thought the interview with Milton, posted today, was a good example of Simoni a little bit toned down.

They always try to polish the rogue types up. Partially worked with Milt Stegall who was a veritable human motor-mouth. Jim Barker was a vulgar, slang-oriented insult machine but heās more than passable now. Surprised they havenāt tried to insert milquetoast Wally Buono into the broadcast booth.

Barker is loud ( like an old man with a broken hearing aid kind of loud), and TSN would be smart to replace him with a younger ācoolerā person ASAP.

Anyone know if Tasker, Fantuz, Morreale and Hitchcock will still be involved? I enjoyed the Podcast the latter two did. And enjoyed Tasker and Fantuz on gamedays.
