I sense a challenge coming to Als games on RDS. Current deal with Bell runs until 2025
Unless someone else bids for the English rights, TSN/RDS can "distribute" their bid in a way that makes it difficult for TVA to even match, let alone better.
In short terms the TV rights are owned by RDS/TSN for the next three seasons. At best it could motivate Bell to upgrade the quality of the coverage to keep their contract.

Wonder if Corus Entertainment ( Global TV ) and TVA could
make an end run and get some rights to a few games .
Corus has a deal with Amazon that makes the deal maybe even
sweeter .

I expect streaming rights will be sold much differently when the current deal expires, with Genius Sports handling the broadcast production.

TVA has partnered with Rogers in the past so there’s that too
