Boo Jackson is on the market. Not just a regular kid trying to get to the next level, but a definite football player that could do a lot for many teams with his QB abilities. PLAYMAKER!

Played 2 seasons with the Ohio University Bobcats; Definitely something to take a look at.

He might be worth a look to make a club as a third string QB to learn the CFL game and go from there. Good average size (6'01 205) and can move around. Hasn't got a rifle arm though from what I could see. You need that in the CFL to make those long passes out in the flat or sidelines.
Don't know who his CFL rights belong to though.
