I am NOT a music guy. I know the Beatles, Led Zeppelin and a few other artists (Randy Newman), but most people have forgotten more about music than I will ever know.
Recently, I have been listening to Aretha Franklin - she was before my time and she was AWESOME!!!!

Listen to Barbara Dane if you want to hear great woman shouting blues. She started in the 50s - still going and appearing at west coast festivals in her 90s - her voice will wake you up!
