Whats more important bolstering up our defensive front 7 or QB?

Do we go after a guy like Kyle Quinlan in the draft, he's canadian know 3 down football so really hes just gotta learn the speed difference of the CFL proven guy set alot of records and is no 1 year wonder.

Or is it just time to replace doug brown we've been trying to replace Tom Burgess for a long time we need a QB lol

last season was Quinlans draft year and he signed as a rookie free agent with Montreal then released. I am not sure what the rule is but he could just be a free agent. Quinlan is the real deal but is he ready to be a starter in the CFL ?
