Another relatively meaningless game this weekend in a string of such games. The next game is the one with the most meaning.
Bombers resting 8 starters is their right and decision. Montreal claiming to be treating this as a normal game and starting and playing Alexander. We’ll see.
Kudos to Winnipeg for selling out the season.

He’s starting in case Zach gets hurt and they need him next week. No other Bomber QB other than those two will play in the playoffs and if that becomes necessary due to injury they’ll be down to 3rd or 4th string and be toast anyway. Streveler hasn’t got a lot of reps for a while so may as well get him tuned up. Who knows, maybe he’ll only see a half.
