I’ll be honest. I’ll miss them.

Then again from the comfort of home the mute button is handy if I need it :slightly_smiling_face:

Praise be!
I was really hoping I wouldn’t be sitting near one at the game I’ll be going to.
Plus I’ll be able to watch the games on TV without putting it on mute.

About Fin time.

Good riddance to that rancho-obnoxcho nonsense.
I was tired of watching MTL games without volume.

I love the air horns. They remind me of the trains that used to whistle in the night.

I was partly jealous as I love to make a lot of noise at games but I hate watching games and being forced to listen to them. A game on mute isn’t the same.

Yes about time, at least in all other stadiums the fans make noise without blowing horns.
I wonder what’s going to happen now? their fans will be quiet when the opposing team is on offense? maybe they will pump in crowd noise like they do in Toronto to get the fans going

Good news! I can watch games from Montreal again.

Alright, it’s time to 'fess up, you were compensated by Pepperidge Farm to make this endorsement.

Bring in the great big cowbell

That sounds like it would be some type of gong?

I don’t think that’s a good idea either, but alright, maybe just once to see something like this with a giant cowbell at a game and have TSN comment about it and maybe the internet blow up for a few hours or maybe even a new meme.

Maybe they could even have a cameo by CFL Forum Friend, and former CFL training camp legend, Ron Burgundy to do it?

Now only if soccer can get rid of the vuvuzellas at their games

What about these guys?

“I never thought it would disturb the league that much. Sorry, but those who don’t like the noise can get noise-cancelling earphones, go watch billiards, go watch ping-pong — but don’t watch football.”

Not going to get any sympathy from me with that attitude, very little consideration for anyone else except themselves.

Not allowed either, banned at all FIFA tournaments since 2010

I like my mute button too; but I use it much more when Suits and Dustdevil are working a game than when I watch a game from Montreal.

Somebody go cut a fart around that guy and then tell him to wear a nose plug. Bojack loser!

How I remember that 2010 World Cup in South Africa, for which we even had a thread on this forum, which started out in the worst fashion between those vuvezelas and the crappy new ball used.

At least they changed out the ball know as the Jabulani, even though keeping the labeling the same, after a few matches.

Nobody I knew who was not a poser and a LOSER owned one of those balls after that World Cup, and well, I didn’t know any of those in soccer circles at the time.

And that was a great decision to get rid of those vuvezelas too.
