This post is so awful its not even funny. I doubt Kelly will even get an assistant coaching position in Canada given his history of the assault charges, not to mention his turbulent attitude towards the media and the fans in Winnipeg. Ottawa doesn't need that crap.

I called him a media darling/prima donna years ago when he was in Winnipeg and people laughed at me on this site. This whole thread is a joke right? Are you sure Kelly was named Head Coach? I was hoping they would give it to Duane Ford.

I really thought Marcel was a shoe in, but now he's working for the peg, although if I were him, I'd abandon ship. I really don't know who you pick at the next CFL head coach, I just don't see any coordinators who stand out, and given that Kavis Reed and Tim Burke might be dismissed, it's certainly going to be an interesting market.

Ottawa I think will hire Charlie Taffe as HC and Danny Barrett OC. If Burke is canned he will end up in Ottawa for sure.

Or maybe they will do what Montreal did with Tressman and other teams have done ,they hire the best person available even if they have no CFL experience. Learning the CFL game is not rocket science, besides I am sure they will have experienced CFL assistants.
