Mike Hogan no longer on FAN590

It is true:

Too bad; Mike's been a longtime booster of both CIS and CFL football. . . I for one will certainly miss listening to him. Here's hoping he lands on his feet somewhere soon . . . I've had the pleasure of emailing with him, and once or twice got on the air on his call in show, and I've always greatly appreciated the man's work.

All the best Mike !

I wonder if this means he will no longer do radio play-by-play for the Argos.
In that capacity, was he an employee of the station or an employee of the team?

can't believe they let hogey go and kept armstrong and smith....those 2 put me 2 sleep every day.

this is awesome, now the Fan 590 is going to be 90 percent hockey

Hogan will probably be replace by that nitwit Schultz. That guy knows nothing

In case anybody else is interested...
This article mentions (towards the end) that Mike Hogan
will continue to do radio play-by-play for the Argos this year.

They have to do hockey as much as possible whether they like it or not. I guess that's why I don't listen to it much, well, I don't listen to radio much anyways as I don't have to drive to work and when I do listen I listen to music radio stations on my cable TV. Radio is irrelevant to me and my lifestyle.

Or in other words, “another day at the office” for Canadian sports-talk radio.
