Marshall Big Hit Already

Todays London Free Press has a good article about Greg as the offensive co-ordinator for the Western Mustangs.

Interestingly his stats as OC from 1992 to 1996 were 43-9-1 (.811 winning percentage)

Western's record since (1997-2005) 60-26-1 (.690 winning percentage)

Could somebody post a link? (I can't access it from this comp.) thanks

The Stangs have a winner in Greg Marshall, too bad he was sort of in the wrong place at the wrong time here, but things have worked out for him and his future looks bright so really it may not be so much, as I say, wrong place at the wrong time at all.

My mom is excited in London and she isn't a big football fan, Marshall being there is hitting some buttons with Londoners. Man I'd love to see them get a CFL team and expand TD Waterhouse.

Can we move on and put Gregs memory with the Cats to rest? His legacy here is not worth remebering considering how long it will take to forget it on the field. He is where he belongs and should have stayed in the CIS, except for a rookie owner who thought he could catch lightning in a bottle.

Some people like to know what a guy is up to! Nice to see he caught on somewhere and was not content to spend the rest of this year on paid holidays. He will be back in the CFL someday.

He may be Woody..but he still has to earn a HC job..he should have came into the league as an assistant first. Let him stay in the CIS and please...let's worry about the CATS and if they can pull of a labour day miracle!!
