MONTREAL — The Montreal Alouettes announced on Wednesday that president and CEO Mark Weightman is stepping down effective Friday, March 28. He leaves with pride in a job well done.

He seemed to do a good job during his short second stint from a distance.

He is not being replaced with his duties divided among the senior staff.
