Mike, I've been trying to think of a way for teams to still dress 42 players if they have a 3rd string QB who can play another position. Example Reggie McNeal.
Question for Mark Cohon. Why not allow teams to dress another Canadian kid to possibly get some playing experience as that 42nd player.
With the small rosters teams need all the players allowed on the field that they can. I've always been against the 3rd string QB not being able to play another position anyway as they seldom do more then carry a clip board.
