As an Argo fan, I have to agree about exceeding the salary cap with Borighter. If Avery was to be released, then that might keep them under the cap.
Just to clarify, going over the cap is not cheating because you are allowed to do it. The team may be get fined by the outlined rules, but it'be still permited. The Argos may be a little over, so the fine will probably be small. But who knows, they just released reciever Palmer to make room for another wideout.

An SMS is not a Cap. Anyway Argos let me two players go to make room for Boerighter. As far as I can tell there is nothing that says they can't afford Boerighter. Argos aren't paying big bucks to a QB like most other teams and I would say have a very average payroll.
