overall Reid is considered by La Po to be a very good blocker. however the idea of a healthy Jesse Lumsden is very tantalizing.With an appropriate contract whats to lose. Bob Irving has been wondering why Jesse hasnt gotten a chance and if its good enough for Bob its good enough for me

Heard on OB a few minutes ago that Lumsden was talking with T.O today, i have a weird feeling (I hope this is not the case) that Jesse may have used us as a bargaining plot. He wasn't on anyone's Radar until we talked to him and now apparently he has had talks with T.O, i hope The Bombers don't give in and get into a biddng war for him, as much as i would like to see him as a Bomber!!
Given the big bucks the Argos are shelling out for Foley and the fact they have a lot of vets on their team, I can’t help but wonder how much cap space they would have for him.
Honestly this is one of those situations where i just say, i don't care either way, it would be nice to see him in bomber colours but if it doesn't happen i won't lose any sleep over it. It has become a distraction in my opinion and i see Jesse using us as a bargaining tool with other teams, he has NO interest until we came along and now according to Jesse's Twitter he has been in contact with "several" CFL teams, all i can say is who cares until he makes up his mind, this topic is dead as well.
Saw Jesse's twitter, it said I have contacted other teams, not that they had contacted him. Think someone is trying to pull a fast one here, likely dear old dad.
....RUMOURS ARE.......he's leaning toward signing with the stamps.....We are either getting played...or the stumps.... :lol: He'll go for the most cash and it won't be here if he's playing off a few teams against each other, for his fragile services .....He should have committed to somebody by now :roll: seems like too long a pause.UNLESS there's a snag in his physical exam :roll:

.....I don't think he really has playing football as priority one....I think he wants to 'dilly-dally' on the stumps roster (cuz they sure don't need another running back) and practice his 'luge' routine at the facility close to Calgary...Good luck to him...he 'might' have been an asset in the Peg....guess we'll never know now....Oh well
