I'll be with with you in spirit, Jare. I'm likely going down to catch the game at the Peel Pub on Ste-Catherine here in Montreal (holding the fort for Ticat Nation East)...
Vancouver
Edmonton
Montreal
Toronto > Not really an away game as I live in Toronto but it is as my blood bleed black and gold.
I'm pretty psyched, that's 20 CFL games I'll be seeing this year.
I'm looking forward to meeting all the volunteers of CFL Fan's Fight Cancer and celebrating Canadian Football with fellow CFL fans in Vancouver and across Canada this year.
I hope to share a pitcher of wobbley pops with jordan02, Ockham, jlshooter, and oski-oui-oui and anyone else who can make it out to the away games!
I am a Ti-Cat fan living in Vancouver. I am not from Hamilton but from Stratford Ontario. Been a Ti-Cat fan since I was old enough to know what football was.
Sounds good, if you are Cat fan, are in these cities and want to get together lets do it!!!
Zenstate, I grew up in Simcoe so we were raised on Ticat football via CHCH Channel 11, let me know where you want to meet in Vancouver for a beer before the game and I'll do my best to be there.
The same goes for you RockandRoll...and anyone else for that matter.
I'm going on the Montreal trip and to Toronto for a few games. I really wish I could go to Edmonton for a game, but it's not in the cards for me right now. I hope you have a blast Jare.
borehamgirl: Are you taking a fan-train to the Montreal game? If so, what are these excursions like?
Is there a lot of drinking and acting up or is it a fun experience?
Jare: Have a great trip! I'd love to be with you , but I'm committed through that period to a trip to Milwaukee. Not to worry, however, I won't miss any TiCat football.
I am taking the fan-train. I've gone twice now and I found both of the experiences quite fun, athough they were somewhat tiring due to the overnight trek back. There weren't any overly rowdy or rude people on either trip.
I'll be going to the game with another displaced Hamiltonian. PM me when you get to Vancouver and We'll all hook up for a few wobbly pops before the game.
