Having a national perform all of the kicking duties is going to be hugely important. Special teams have not garnered much attention (at least on this board) this off season but can make all the difference in a close game.
Locking down Hajrullahu (According to Milton "pronounced, he explains, "High-rool-la-who" ") is in practical terms, in my opinion, as significant as any other signing this year.
