That’s a punch in the gut for the Stamps. I have stated more than once that the Stamps had to be looking at LB in the draft because all they had @ National behind Sopik was Teitz. To be fair, who could foresee a retirement but you still have to allow for serious injuries. There were some VG LB’s at the top of the draft & they had 2 picks. They finally picked Farinaccio in the 4th round.
Maybe WIL is an import position now or you hope that their pick is ready to go. It looks like a blown opportunity to get some National depth at that position & doesn’t look good right now.
