I’ll second that thumbs up Grover
I’ve always been a big fan of LeFevour and enjoyed watching him in his time in Hamilton. Good luck to him in T.Bay
This will always be my favourite lasting memory of Dan’s time in Hamilton, being carried off the field on the shoulders of his team mates after scoring the winning TD in OT in the 2013 East Semi-Final :rockin: .
The Buc’s coaching staff know Lefevour well.
He played for the Buc’s QB Coach in College and also played a back up role for Buc’s Head Coach Dirk Koetter when he was Jacksonvilles OC in 2011.
I love to watch the hard running QBs it gives the running game that added bonus. But you wonder after taking that nasty hit in the opening game if he has recovered completely. Will he be told to stay in the pocket or throw the ball away or go down fast and slide. He may not be the same player.
It is kind of an odd twist to have a QB go to a free agent mini camp for a CFL team, and then end up signing with an NFL a few weeks later. Can't say I saw that coming, but good for him.
He was ok with the Cats.
Had that serious first game injury with the Als.
Overall has great wheels, the arm probably below average.
Not a bad pick up though.
Interesting that he didn't want to be #2 behind Collaros, but now he's OK with being an insurance policy.
Guess a guy's gotta eat, and you can't fault him for taking his shot in Montreal where Crompton looked a lot more likely to be overtaken for the starter's role than Collaros.
