It's crazy the progress they have made since maybe November I think? I guess it helps they had existing structure to work from.
Makes me worried about how slow IWS is going to be.

It looks great and NO weather delays like some other stadiums, despite the usual harsh Ottawa winter.
This has been one of the worst winters in years so its shocking they have been able to get so much done.
