Labour Day ?

Will having a football guy as our GM set a fire under this team?

Let's enjoy this season now for what it is, not so much for wins/losses but for seeing what guys CAN play here and WANT to play here to make this team a contender in the not too distant future.
Yes, having a real GM now that will hire his own coach will be a huge postive move that the players see.

I'm having a tough time even going to Labour day game, after three games at home with no TD's and disarray......but the pattern has been set that teams that firecoaches bounce back and win the next game.

Will they win ???

I am cautiously optimistic, but at this point not 100% sure I'll be in the area to watch.

Sadly, it is the same optimism that I felt after they last played Montreal and showed so much promise.

But, times have changed and with all that has happened over the last couple of weeks we can only hope that they players will realize that they had better start pulling together and winning (or at least competing). In reality, they are all playing for their jobs both this year and more importantly next year. If they can't cut the mustard here and do their job, who will even want to give them a chance next year at trainging camp.

Heart and soul is so much of this game and now to hear that MM & RH have to school the others in Labour Day 101 is why we needed 53 here more than Edmonton did.

Yes YESYes YES
It is Labour Day. This is a test for sure, if this doesn't get them motivated I don't think anything will.
But now it is different, a new GM players are going to have to play now, for their very jobs.
ARGOS S, U ,C, K ( sorry Bob, but we are desperate for a win ) This is a rally call that can be heard far and wide. It puts fire into the bellies of those hear it and chant it. It's time to get a little down and "dirty" . We have to claw our way back from the depths of Hell.

GO CATS GO FOREVER !!!!!

That’s a $1,000.00 candidate for sure!! As a cheer, that line’s got a little something for everyone. It’s like the forbidden chant, but with a legal disclaimer and some politeness and deference for good measure.

I can see a Labour Day win for the Cats.

2-9

ALabour day win......

Doesn't cut it with me
after last 3......

Lets just hope that Labour Day doesn't mean we would have rather been working
