KEN MOLL NAMED DIRECTOR OF PLAYER PERSONNEL

The Winnipeg Blue Bombers have announced today the hiring of Ken Moll to fill the role of Director of Player Personnel.

Moll will be responsible for the development and management of the football club’s scouting networks. He will also be responsible for interleague scouting including Professional and Amateur.

"We are very pleased to welcome Ken to the Bomber family. He possesses the skill sets and contacts to develop a systematic network which will meet the needs of our Club in the near and long term. His experience and professionalism will be an immediate asset to the Winnipeg Blue Bombers, “ said Joe Mack, Vice President and General Manager of Football Operations.

Moll has spent the past four years with ESPN as a Pro Scout. He has extensive experience as a scout for the NFL’s Jacksonville Jaguars (1994-1998) and Cleveland Browns (1998-2005). Before that, he spent 15 years as a collegiate assistant, nine at Richmond and six at Louisville, his alma mater, where he played four years as a linebacker.

“I’m thrilled to begin work for such a storied franchise like the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. I know how much the team means to the city and the province and I’m excited to do everything I can to help us field the best team possible,? said Moll.

The native of Harrison, New York resides in Crestwood, KY with his family.
