I guess someone thought he was, because he landed on their roster in the CFL database. Technical glitch...or was it?

At any rate, he may very well be anyway after he becomes a FA. I can't see him wanting to taking snaps on 3rd down gambles all his life.
But made me think, a guy could have some serious fun with that kind of access, except, you would have that kind of access much longer.....
Funny stuff!

Holy hannah if tsn is to be believed we're expecting a huge rewrite in coaching staff this season. Man, when it rains it pours.

DB will be a great OC for the Riders. He was a good coach when he was here.

Papa, c'mon, now car wrecks just aren't funny......I just had a shiver go down my spine...if that happens, next it would be Westwood....
To be fair, we could use a proper inbred hick here to show us how it’s done proper-like.
Wasn't Westwood the bain of Berry's existence?
Jyles would make a great Bomber.
In 2009Jyles fumbled and lost the ball 5 times on QB sneaks, that is NOT having your head in the game, and is a fail in Football 101.
A fresh start in the Peg with LaPo and Barrei could hopefuly kick start his brain.

Well said, but perhaps he will take his chances in Sask? I say odds are pretty good Durant will have some injury time off? Might be his best chance.

If the choice is up to him, it's a tough one.
Do you stay where you are, behind a clear #1 starter, in case said starter goes down to injury?
Or do you head to Winnipeg for a possible shot at the #1 spot, where you'll be in a six pack with Bishop, Lefors, Santos, DiMichele, and Bramlet? Might be difficult to get noticed. . .

That`s the holdup, Jyles wants assurances that he will be the starter
He obviously knows that's not gonna happen in SK, and given last year's events, it is almost impossible for Winnipeg to do it either.
I would bet Jyles ends up in Bomberland, he wants to play and could be a starter there, they have nobody
Latest snag is that Jyles is asking to be paid in US funds
Who does he think he is? Burris???
With the mess that is the U.S.economy rite now, that may be a good thing for the Bombers.

Wish I could go back and change the headline of this topic, apparently Jyles IS a Bomber. Makes you wonder though, just how coincidental they put him on the roster by accident.
ha ha ha ya makes u wonder right… also makes u wonder how guys on fa days can agree to terms with teams immediately like that. geesh guy, if u dont think these guys are talking prior to the actually free agent day, your kidding yourself.
Wouldn’t that be a kick in the groin if the Canadian Dollar was higher than the US greenback, as the forecasts predict for the future?
