The University of Akron football webpage has an article about the NFL Pro Days testing held there on Mar 9/07. Jermaine Reid, a defensive tackle/defensive end selected by the Ticats in the 2006 CFL Canadian Draft, was one of several players tested. Apparently, scouts from 15 NFL teams attended Akron to watch the testing. Here is an excerpt from the article:
"Also showcasing themselves were long snapper Jason Giachetti, defensive lineman Kiki Gonzalez, offensive lineman Tim Crouch, offensive lineman Mike Donaldson and defensive lineman Jermaine Reid. The non-Akron players were wide receiver T.J. Peterson and running back Marcus Mason from Youngstown State and wide receiver Joe Konrad from John Carroll.
Other notable performances included Reid, who had a 30½-inch vertical, and Gonzalez who showed his strength with 31 repetitions in the bench press."
Unfortunately, the article does not mention the rest of Reid's Pro Days test results nor are they listed in the Pro Days section on the nfl.com website.
