Maybe if he passes on the Renegades, we might want to bring him here, he seems like a perfect fit with our organization.http://www.canada.com/ottawacitizen/new ... =70980&p=1
Hey - anyone that can attract 8,500 fans per game to junior hockey in a city that has an NHL franchise averaging 19,000 per game should be involved in the CFL.
For what purpose?
For no other purpose than to help take the Cats to newer heights, get to every game sold out, more families going to games, leading to stadium expansion or new stadium, whatever is best etc.
This guy sounds like a winner all the way and maybe he's now looking for a new challenge, bigger challenge than junior hockey.

I think Bob Young is doing a fine job!!(too many cooks, spoil the pot)..something like that!
Ottawa needs Jeff Hunt,not Hamilton.
Bob can't and doesn't do everything alone catfan and is always looking for top-notch people I'd think. But yes, Ottawa needs a lot more help than we do, for sure.
Ottawa needs a local owner, who is dedicated like Hamiltons caretaker, having deep pockets, and the ability to make attending football game an event and the IN thing to do!! good luck OTTAWA Fans
He has had great success. I am sure Ottawa would welcome him with open arms. I am not sure about Hamilton for him. We have had great success on the business side of our business. Not sure I would change what we have or who we have for Juff Hunt. He is not coming here or Ottawa if he is not the main guy.
It is interesting to see how successful both team have been. You can tell both are very good. See the links below.http://www.ticats.ca/index.php?module=page&id=4003
Although the Ticats are CFL versus OHL, the type of companies now with our team is very impressive. I remember a few years ago, it was a very different story.
He would make a great addition to the CFL for sure. I am just hoping for football in Ottawa again.
Give to Ottawa what is Ottawa's
Sorry Wilf but I just read this about Jeff Hunt and have to share, I think it is worth a read from the Ottawa Sun:
A CFL team under Hunt's guidance would make tickets cheap for kids, recognizing they are your fans of tomorrow.
"We need 5,000-10,000 kids a game," he said yesterday, "and their moms. We have to get away from the stereotype of going to a football game for a few beers and having a guys night out. There aren't enough guys like that (in the National Capital Region) to fill a stadium eight times a year."http://www.ottawasun.com/Sports/Footbal ... 1-sun.html
