Jamall Lee: Lumsden's possible replacement?

Lee is the next great RB to come out of the CIS. Son of ex-CFLer Orville Lee. Is Obie thinking he can get him with the Ticats' first pick in the draft next year, maybe? Remember, there is a good chance we could be picking first overall.

How many RB's do we need....geezus...how bout some star O'line dude....

I agree....if Obie doesn't draft some Oline help, maybe he better go out and find a doctor or two to take care of the Car QBs who are getting killed out there.

In the CFL you cannot win if you u cannot throw the ball

Its no coincidence that the Cats have become a lot more competitive since they have s=tarted to move the ball thru the air a bit. Another RB...?

I think not

Maybe we're trying to corner the market on RB's.

the problem with a canadian running back is what we have seen for the past 2 years

if they get hurt, you have to find a canadian to play another position instead of an american ie dyakowski for cavka

i understand ratio buster but just like the qb position, it's tough to have a canadian play that position

the usa turns out 100s of RBs out a year and a lot have 1000 yard years in their colleges.

The Cats also have the leading rusher in the CIS this year,Mike Giffin of Queens.I'm a big Lumsden fan but I think the writing is on the wall.
Pat Lynch(the old guy in section 7) :frowning:

Simply solution, is to make Jesse the fullback and work Keith and Caulley as the RB's. I sure wish I had this teams problems ! I would bet most anything that this is the plan, and Jesse will be a Ticat next year. Imagine the possiblities. The ratio is the troblue maker here and with the addition of KK thats solved. Now get healthy Jesse and just make this work.

If only it were that simple.

Enlighten me. Why isnt it?
