Completely disagree. ET may have some ideas but he can’t even talk to some of those guys (Reed, Jones, Milnaovich and even Dunigan) until the season is over!! In fact, I’d be far more upset if ET DIDN’T wait until the off season!
I realize that. . . but upon what do you base your opinion that he’s not happy where he is?

to be honest, I dunno off hand. it comes up when there are discussions, it goes: Apparently Austin I here doesn’t like where he is now, "
I agree. We’re just about to start the playoffs. It’s not like training camp is next month. There’s more than enough time for Tillman to go around interviewing different people.
From Hall's point of view, IMO, this is good being let go now because it give him a chance to contact those teams looking for a DC or even a HC position.
But from Tillman's and the other Assistance Coaches' point of view it is poor timing because everything is left in limbo until the off season.
But at least Tillman got his time in the spot light for this week.
I don't see it being poor timing. There are other people ET can interview while he waits for the off-season. Not to mention, when you know what you want to do, why wait? Everyone pretty much knew Hall was going, so why wait until after the Grey Cup?
Eh. I'm sure once Sunday gets here, this will be forgotten. I mean, it's not like anyone's going to open the paper and be completely dumbfounded that Hall was fired.
I heard from somebody that their nephews next door neighboors landlord heard a couple of guys talking in a bar saying that the lions are going to completely kick wallys ass out the door and tillman sort of asked wally if he would be interested to coach the esk, by asking a couple of esk players who had friends on the lions, if they would like wally to be their coach next yr.
Apparently wally is already looking for a house in edmonton.
