Like Banks in what way?
Off the top of my head I would probably say Lucky Whitehead.
Maybe Grant or Alford as well, though they don’t often see touches on offence.

Pretty much any short receiver then. They’re faster because their legs move faster.
what is unique about Banks to compare to?
After watching football for many years, ive never seen a kick returner reverse field loose 10 yards but still beat coverage to the edge and score tds, only Banks, consistantly as well as running the reverse sweep for automatic gains like no other reciever could. I think it was a shame the Tigercats didnt bring him back to retire a Tigercat

As a kid, I was a huge Henley fan - as a player and a gentleman. He seemed to float around the field, changing direction on a dime, and avoiding tackles.
As an old guy (currently), I felt the same way about Speedy - as a player with similar skills. Too bad about his childish behaviour though. And, no, there is no one out there like Banks.

They may not be the same, but I would take Winfield over Banks anyday
How do their carreer stats compare, both great Tigercats returners/ recievers different erras and offences
I just checked a few days ago and I beleive Winfield was better in most game, season and career stats for both receiving and returning.
His name is Lockett and he plays for the Seattle Seahawks.
