ESPN+ has the June 3rd games listed so I'm assuming it's possible to view them online with an ESPN membership of some sort... would we need a VPN?

You can just sign up for ESPN+ (I think $6.99 a month) and if you have a smart TV you can watch it on there. Otherwise you can watch on your computer, or connect to your TV with an HDMI cable if your TV has one.

Some are televised not all

This is the first year in awhile that the pre-season games aren't on the ESPN+ schedule. Unfortunately, it appears that the connection between cfl.ca and the ESPN schedule is broken. Several pages about 2021, but no clear 2022 sked.
