Is Cobb considered a rookie?

Just a quick question.

I know it's early but could Cobb be considered for the rookie of the year for the Cats?

Yes he is a Rookie by CFL Standers

  Then you ask could Cobb be considered for rookie of the year for the Cats ?

  The answer to your first question is, Yes.   Answer to the second question is, Yes.

   It is his first year in the CFL, so regardless of his age, he is still considered a rookie  !!!

   If Mr. Cobb keeps piling up the weekly awards for the CFL, there is an excellent chance he could win the CFL rookie of the year award  !!!
