The reality is, Chris Decker's already been coaching for years. The Hamilton Tiger-Cats just made it official.

Decker is a former Guelph Gryphons linebacker and twice won the OUA football team's defensive-player-of-the-year award. He was a defensive captain last season when the Gryphs made their incredible run at the Yates Cup, which ended in a 34-21 loss to the Western Mustangs in the OUA championship game.
