I was born in Hamilton and I am a die hard Ticats fan . i now live in Toronto and have so for many years
People in Hamilton have no idea what a joke the people in Toronto think Hamilton as a city is and as an organization .
They see HaMILTON as a bunch of low life simpletons and steel workers that live in small dirty city . They see that we can't even secure a stadium that is handed over to us and in the meanwhile we may even lose the team on top of it .
I say we take our only opportunity to pack the house on labour day and make so much noise when the argos have the ball ( so they cannot hear the play calls and aliminate audible ) that it foces the league to look into the problem .
Let;s show so much passion that it makes the league , the owners and the other teams stand up and say hey we can't have a league without Hamilton .
I heard a few people at the Rogers Center talking and said it would be a shame to lose Hamilton and we have a large fan base etc . They also love to hate Hamilton .
Let's remind BARKER , LEMON , BOYd and alot of they new ARGOS that it is terrifying to come into IVOR WYNNe to play the CATS . our players like Johnson and Bradley will knock your block off and our fans are outrageously passionate . loud and a pain in the butt
Man, you talk to some real d*ckheads. I lived in TO for six years (from 2003-2009) and I still work and go to school there, and not one person has ever said anything to me about Hamilton except as a joke. It's no different than when I make fun of Toronto to their faces. Friendly chiding.
So we're a lunch bucket city with people who make an honest living. Nothing to be ashamed of unless you're self entitled and self serving like Torontonians.
I have met many torontonians in my life and many of them even claim to love hamilton. Like blogskee wee wee said.. I think you must talk to some real d*ckheads.
