Hopefully @Caretaker or someone else from the Ticats can help lead the charge to get this school (and any other inner city school that lacks one) a safe football field.
Luckily for this young man from Hamilton, he now gets to play football in a vibrant, cosmopolitan city like Toronto. It should be a real eye-opener for him.

It is unfair to suggest that all high school football fields are unsafe. There are decent fields in Hamilton and decent football teams . Hamilton has also produced a lot of good football players. But this student deserves a lot of credit for his ambition and perseverance
