To err is HUMAN. can you understand that. Officiating can not be much better than it is. It is more than good enough. If you dont agree, then show us how you can do better.

I think most folks FYB don’t get very bothered when the ref’s miss the close calls in real time and you are correct in that regard. Even when some of these close calls are subject to review, other than for those that are changed largely because we can see in slow motion often what the official could not in real time, even the video is inconclusive because the call is just that close and could go either way. Sucks to be a ref in such situations eh?

However, most fans do get very bothered when ref’s miss the obvious calls and no-calls and worst of all when they average about one a game such as at the very least tonight’s missed convert. :oops:

No that missed call on the convert did not make any difference in the result of the game thank God, but it is just more bad karma for the officiating in the CFL already well under attack.

And you would think of all things, with all the complaints merited in a whole other sport about goal line technology, that all kicks for goal could be reviewed to make the call right correct!? :oops: Right there tonight’s botched call would have been corrected.
