Historic night at SkyDome

Come down to the SkyDome and see Damon Allen become the first QB in CFL history to pass for 70,000 yards!

7:00 PM

Argos vs. Alouettes (Around the World Night!)

It'll be a fantstic game!
Don't miss it!

i'll be there!

too bad he won't be in toronto when he breaks warren moons record...i'd like to be there for that one.

Me too!

too bad he's gonna do it on a night when his team get's smoked!! :cowboy:

Donā€™t kid yourself bud.

This is a different team then The Als beat a few weeks back.

They essentially beat a team of reserves.

Ok still doesn't change the fact that the Als are better and are gonna win tonight

Second QB in historyā€¦Warren Moon was the first.

What did I tell you, son!

Eat your words!

AAAAARRRRRRRGOOOOOOOOOSSS!!!

30,000+ at the dome to see ALLEN pass the 70,000 mark and an butt kicking of Montreal!

ARGOS 31 , MONTREAL 6!

Even as a Cats fan, congrats Damon, you are one heck of a competitor, I love watching you play, you take a beating and get up, nothing stops you, broken legs, fingers etc.

You are the no. 1 athlete in Toronto all-around for toughness, skill, commitment etc. No one, I think, can compare with you in that city. Man I wish we still had you on the Cats but the Cats like to get rid of good qb's ie. Calvillo also.

And remember, if it weren't for his season with the Cats, he'd still have a way to go.

He did say first QB in CFL history

Congrats to Damon Allen.

My question for you is how did you manage to see the record with all the smoke in the stadium?? That was brutal, it lingered for most of the game.

I gotta admit it was getting on my nerves as well.
You would think they would be smart enough to not set off the smoke with the roof closed

I ate my words. But still doesnā€™t change the fact, if Montreal plays to their potential, they can dismantle the Argos no problem. The score should of been way worse then that. Bottom line is, in the long run Iā€™d rather take the Als over the Argos, and youā€™ll see why, SON

It was unnoticeable after the first quarter.

Thank You.

The Alsā€™ couldnā€™t handle the Argosā€™ new and improved secondary featuring Byron ā€œSlam Dunkā€ Parker.

Might I add that the atmosphere at SkyDome was really amazing, especially when England would stomp around raising his hands for noise! Just great!

Iā€™m sure the atmosphere was crazy. But it definately canā€™t compare to what itā€™s gonna be like when 50,000+ will be on their feet cheering for the Als at the Big Owe when the Als win the East Final :rockin:

You mean the East Semi-Final!

The eastern final will be played at SkyDome!!!

Winnipeg wouldnā€™t draw well at a home playoff game because of the Grey Cup, and itā€™s a good thing they wonā€™t get one.

Out of nowhere. LOL All of a sudden itā€™s a Winnipeg bashing topic

No, Iā€™m just saying that Winnipeggers would rather see the Grey Cup than a playoff game.
