I know this isn't' lions talk but do QB's in the CFL have helmet radios like the nfl does. i know they use a lot of hand signals etc to communicate qb with coach/coordinator.
I'm pretty sure we do it the old fashioned rope and hollar method. the Lions did pretty good considering all the procedure penalties they took because of those screaming fans.
