i think this would be a good move. especailly considering how much logan impressed last season and since logan is NI. hebert had trouble in the spot last season yes. but he was literally thrown into the fire and coaches/fans expected immediate results. when he has a full TC under his belt, he'll do much better.
some say he cant tackle, thats obviously a mistake. the guy misses like 4 games, comes back to the CFL, and is two tackles away from leading the league in ST tackles. coaches just need to tell him to stop focussing on the big hit, and to wrap up. thats all, he obviously knows how to tackle, just needs some advice.
he has an impressive resume for linebacker in ottowa
2005/Hebert had a breakout year with the Ottawa Renegades. The second year CFLer shared the league-lead in special teams tackles with 29, led Ottawa with 66 defensive tackles and had three interceptions, three forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries, two pass knockdowns and one quarterback sack.

sure his natural position is safety. everyone knows that. but we dont have any proven guys at linebacker, and unless another charlton comes out of camp, or a non import beats him out... hebert is our best option
