It wouldn't be the first time a Canadian entertainer (and I don't mean the Gliebermans) was owner, whole or in part, of a CFL franchise. Remember when the late John Candy (God bless his soul), was part owner of the Argos in the early '90s with Gretzky and then L.A. Kings owner (and later, jailbird), Bruce McNall?
