I missed it too, but it seems it was planned - like when Wilkie used to start games for Moon. Didn’t matter much though. With the exception of one poor choice by Shiltz, this is what more teams need to do - veteran on the bench helping and coaching th next guy.
Riders are just running out of bodies. They were talking about how many more tackles Dean had than the rest of the D but its probably because hes one of the few not to be injured this season.
Yeah I know they have had a lot of injuries but haven’t followed it that close. I’m wondering if some of their injured players are expected back for the Western Semi Final in BC, especially Trevor Harris. Maybe a Saskatchewan fan can offer some insight?
I’ve been checking the score but just tuned in.
Had a late dinner with the missus before she went house sitting, then I did some painting in the basement.
Is it as much of a blowout as the score suggests?
It was, but then the Riders scored late in the second quarter and it’s been a stalemate in the third but with the Ti-Cats driving. Now to the fourth quarter.
I haven’t seen every minute of the game but what I have seen has been pretty ugly. Three turnovers in the last 5 minutes. Poor tackling by Saskatchewan. Lots of work to do.
I was at this game. It was sad to see how few people were there. Considering the importance of the game
Considering the tribute to the last green cup team
Most of all considering the farewell tribute to George Reed
