what about french and bauman they were no where to be found i hardly ever heard their names.
Our offensive line can't block and other teams know it. When tonight and all season has our quaterback countered this with the quarterback running the ball? Hardly ever. A quarterback draw or taking off on a roll out. So many times I see openings for the quarterback to take off and run but it never happens. The opposing defense knows this and go all out to get the pocket for a sack which is what is happening or a rushed throw as the quartback scrambles.
Every game this season our corners are too far off the line. If the Cats wanna talk about making some plays then please stop the 5-10 yard completions with the corner getting there way to late again and again.
We played a pretty good team tonight fellas. Two glaring things to me from tonight; we must make the routine catches and we must role Casey Printers out. Also I think Jesse will be a big help with protection and running obviously, plus Casey also obviously will benefit from more reps.
We also missed Armstead in my mind. Anyone know why Nate Curry isn't or wasn't used instead of Jo-Jo Walker on field goal returns?
Patience my friends, the Cats will probably at best win 3 or 4 of the last seven. That being said I think next year's season tickets should come with a guaranteed win total say at least 9-9. What do you think? I'm serious, no fans or season ticket holders deserve it more in my view. It would be radical but after another terrible season say (4-14) it also might really help.

While I agree that are talent level needs an upgrade. I also think that the current reality is that we have now employed a very good q.b. who did not have either his starting running back or wide receiver which left the defence on the field way to long.
He will need at minimum another week if not two to get the system down and Winnepeg knew it and played against it well.
You cannot blitz when you're tired which leaves a vanilla defence that even a second string q.b. played well against.
We have to catch the ball and sustain drives and you do that with a good or in Jesse Lumsden case a superior running back. Having an experienced wide receiver (Armstead) will help to.
I still maintain that there is some good but very raw talent on offence and that this team's defence just spends to much time on the field.

Did any one else find that Printers looked slower than they expected? I found Williams looked much quicker and more elusive
Thats not printers fault, the gms and coaching staff for not getting a good support staff.Yes we are promising but we still need to fill alot of holes to get better! time will tell!
