2011 Grey Cup was the hottest topic on Twitter in Canada in 2011.
Pretty good considering the Canucks were in the Stanley Cup finals last year.
Just goes to show how popular the CFL has become.

Yup, make no mistake: The Grey Cup was a serious player on Twitter last year, which is a testament to how hard the CFL has worked with social media. Good Job CFL!

That's great news and great to see the CFL take advantage of social media more and more.
On another note, I didn't see the Super Bowl make the list, can I assume that the Grey Cup is more popular?
