Oh, yes, and the comment about Westwood above retiring--he was magnificent. His punting must have averaged 48 if you take out the short one he purposely kicked out of bounds.
Personally I think Winnipeg was the better team but without Glenn it couldnt happen. Dinwittie played well, but not well enough for a Grey Cup game. He didnt get the first downs and was unable to move the ball. I think we need to seriously look at a good back-up QB in case something like this happens again. WTG saskatchewan, you didnt play a very good game but was better than ours. The better team won.
I agree, the better team won; and I can't agre with a poster above that Joseph was awful. It wasn't an MVP performance, and he'll be the first to tell you that 13/34 for 181 yds, isn't good enough. But how disconcerting was it that he ran for 101 yds on only 10 carries? That;s Charles Roberts country. That averages a first down every carry. And unlike our guy, he didn't have 4 personal turnovers.
TROY WESTWOOD SHOULD (IF HE WANTS) BE INVITED BACK, WHY SAY TIME TI RETIRE.
