Greg Marshall joining Queens

Ex-Tiger-Cat Defensive Coach Greg Marshall who recently coached with Edmonton is joining the coaching staff at Queen's University as their DC.

Great to see. I imagine he is still getting paid by EDM after only one season and then getting fired so money would not be an issue.
How many years where left on his ESKS contract or have the ESKS given him a buyout.
Either way he could of just sat home and collected but going to the CIS level to stay in the game is great.

I agree -- great to see coaches moving between the pro level and CIS. It can only help players at the university level.

FYI, Marshall is replacing another former TC coach at Queen's: Pat Tracey, who was special teams coach under Ron Lancaster in 1998 (a Grey Cup year ...). Tracey had an impressive stretch at Queen's.
