Two Canadians have a chance at gaining their PGA Tour cards for next year this week. The top 20 make it and one sits in 20th while one is in 29th. The latter, Myles Creighton, I mentioned in this thread in June when he won a tournament with a round of 59.
I’m not 100% sure, but I think that one or two Canadians finished outside the top 100 and won’t have their card for next year. Adam Hadwin? We need replacements.
Well Yellamaraju got his tour card, sneaking in by finishing 19th. It appears that Myles Creighton did not unfortunately.

Three Canadians currently having PGA Tour status including long time tour fixture Adam Hadwin are in serious danger of losing their cards. They pretty well need to win one of the 4 tournaments left to have a chance to be in the top 100 (down from 125 this year) and keep their cards.
What’s next? Some sort of rule where after two of the rounds they eliminate some players? Like some sort of cut system?
This will do absolutely nothing to help their popularity but will likely get their players OWGR points. Which matters considering they’re currently negotiating with some of their top talent.
