I still question weather KG is for real.
I think the Bombers O Line is making him look a lot better than he really is. I hope I'm wrong because I've said from day one, we'll never win La Coupe Grey with KC as our QB.
Personally, IM not embarressed by anything I say. But generally speaking, as in this case, I tend to think before I open my mouth. If you are embarressed for me, I do appologise.
Do, yes, at times Im embarressed by things I do. But I also dont regret buying Rider seasons tickets for 25 of my 30 years.
Id like to add that Rider fans like myself tend to watch all the other weekend action in the CFL as(if they truely are like me) there isnt alot to do otherwise. In seeing the Bombers this season, one thing jumps out at me. You guys are having a dream season thus far (Milts record, good execution, few mistakes)and I can still see a LITTLE room for improvement which IM sure coach Barry will pull out of his players.
In fact, it couldnt be more different in Riderville. We have blown leads, shot ourselves in the foot, taken penalties, dropped passes and ran the ball an uncharacteristic number of times for a team coach by our former all-star QB. We havent even shown our second best game yet and we have the most points in the league. WE have alot of improving to do and a big chunk of that falls on our passing game.
So heres the total yards in 2007 so far by Dominguez/Armstead = 611yds …
…and likewise Edwards and Armstrong = 869yds …
that a difference of 268yds, and this is week 8.
The Riders HAVE ALOT of room to improve, the Bombers HAVE LITTLE room to improve. With 10 weeks(-1 by week) remaining that makes the Riders magic number roughly 30 yds/game to better the Bombers efforts. I, for one, believe we can do that hands down. No pun intended.

Well, the problem with your theory is that the Bomber defence, secondary in particular has been riddled with injury. The Bomber defence is giving up way too many yards, allowing teams to sustain long time consuming drives, keeping the offense off the field. In contrast the Rider defence has been much better. So, you see, after the bye week the Bombers will have their injured secondary back together, improving the defence and giving our offense more opportunities, which means more yards all around for the offensive starters.
Not THE problem…YOUR problem with my theory…ok…Ahhhhh but you said it yourself man…

…your(Winnipeg) DB’s are proving permeable and we play you for 2 straight weeks in what I have re-named the September Massacre. And I got to give it to you man. Nailed it on the head about our DB’s proving much harder to break. I call them ‘the internet’.
As far as your starters getting some time to rest during the bye-week, the same could be said for us.
What was ur point again???

My point, was I disagree with this statement of yours. The Bombers have ALOT of improvement on defence to come, we have had 4 starting dbs out of the lineup. At least 3 of the 4 will be back for the Argo tuneup game before the LDC and BB. Likely all 4 will be back for LDC, that in itself should reduce the of yards our defence have been giving up allowing our offense to be on the field more often and putting up even more points.
So you are saying that you will bet me, based on your opinion, that D. Armstrong and T. Edwards will have more combined recieving yards come seasons end than M. Dominguez and J. Armstead???
I propose that the loser of such a bet should have to resign his handle(name for all you Manitobans) on the CFL.ca forum permenantly(you can make another, but it wont be the same). In addition the loser will be banned from posting until the end of week 11 in the 2008 CFL season(Monday of Labour Day weekend).
You down homey? Also please clarify any of your own terms and ammendments to my proposal if you have any.
