Yes he should be told not to read the newspapers and never go on social media .
He is sensitive and he is hearing all the insensitivity (hate ) .
Not a good combination .
He is right though some people forget these are human beings not robots , cartoon characters or some role an actor plays .
I remember many years ago they told pro players never read the newspapers ( sports column ) for a reason .
Today's Social media is even more toxic .

Cody needs to get out of his own head. The haters are probably 350 pounders sitting on their couch destroying an xl pizza from Dominos as they write their post. They couldn't throw the ball 10 yards or would have a heart attack if they played one snap in the CFL.
The guys got talent. Not too many in the league who I would take over him at this point

Uhhmm Mitchell leaving it all the field for his teammates???? That's laughable. Mitchell not wanting to play anywhere else than where he is? Go check his comments on the possible USFL merger and his endorsement of same. Said he would love the opportunity to QB the Texas team. Mitchell giving a sh it about the fans, laughable also. It is all me, me ,me with the guy that's essentially become another Kevin Feterick.

Didn’t Cody have some trouble with social media before? I don’t remember any details but remember reading something about it. He should just stay off of it as he doesn’t understand about the 350 lb guy with the Domino’s pizza.

…funny enough, I first heard about this take on the FAN960 and the ‘caster said this was exactly like BLM a few years ago (maybe not the crying part) but the hanging on the social media weathervane and which way the wind was blowing…he gave it up a couple years ago…so none of your words can break his bones now

I don’t get social media. Full of misinformation. To me the obvious reason so many people are so disrespectful and full of hate, other than likely having no lives of their own, is the fact that they can post anonymously. An amazing amount of ridiculous things are posted under this guise. Things that most of the posters wouldn’t have the guts to say to someone in person. And if that is the case,you shouldn’t post it.

Listen, while we have to pivot to a horizontal integration to leverage our short-term investments in discussions "on the ground," we also need to initiate a granular, data-driven assessment of best practices to relieve user pain points and drive innovation across all sectors, especially in our tentpole quadrants.
