REGINA — The Saskatchewan Roughriders have signed American defensive back Ed Gainey to a one-year contract extension, the team announced on Monday.

Happy to read that Gainey stays Green and White. If this season plays out my gut feeling is this could be his last in Riderland. I hope I am wrong but I think his best before date is looming on the horizon.
