Free Enterprise in Winnipeg?

To answer my own question, I think not. An item I read a couple of weeks ago said a new stadium in Winnipeg would cost $120 million. Asper is wiiling to put up $40 mil if the feds and the province each put up the same. AND he wants to be able to develop the surrounding land commercially. Here in Calgary bail-outs of the Stamps(years ago) and more recently the Flames got the big thumbs down.. Not as though he doesn't have the money. Well glad it's them that have to make the decision
