Another one of those Weird personal timing things . I only heard about the Mr Irrelevant award a short time ago when l googled up irrelevant news articles about the Argos and stumbled on to it .
Then see this not long after .

The picture looks before it's time period ; it's odd seeing him in a beard and longer hair for the early 1950's .
The uniform gives away the time period .
The beard and hair Looks like the late 60's and 70's .
A man clearly before his time .
